In August the team of Sea Express took part in a sports and entertainment event - rafting down the Vuoksa River. Colleagues were about an exciting race through the forest in search of a hidden raft and passing the water route.

Sea Express Ltd. has become a partner of Russian Export Center JSC (REC).

REC is a State-owned development institute established by the Government to support the development of the non-commodity exports industry/sector.

Employees of «Sea Express» took part in the International exhibition TransRussia. It was the 25th anniversary exhibition. International exhibition

TransRussia is the largest exhibition for transport and logistics services, warehouse equipment and technologies in Russia.The exhibition presented a full-service for cargo shipment, handling operations, freight storage, custom services, storage and IT-solutions.

We would like to tell you that we joined the association « Сharter of the agro-industrial complex» in February 2020. The association already has more than 5,000 companies.

The « Сharter » in the agricultural sector is an initiative of agricultural market participants aimed at restoring fair competition and creating an honest system for the purchase of raw materials.

The « Сharter » monitors the implementation by companies of special anti-corruption programs and methods that are aimed at mechanisms within the company, relations with business partners and the government.

On February 14, Sea Express representatives took part in the Fourth Hamburg workshop "Digitalization in the port: Best practice examples from Hamburg", organized by Port of Hamburg Marketing (HMM) in St.Petersburg. Sea Express takes a great interest in frontier technologies in the field of support of transport process and shares views of the participants of the workshop that digitalization in the traffic control and logistics field is offering a host of opportunities for controlling traffic flows more efficiently, and better shaping working processes, in the port and port traffic.

On 21/01/2019 a change a of the directorship took place in the company. As from 22/01/2019 Alexandra Kontrovskaya took the position of the Director General. Kontrovskaya A. has graduated from St.Petersburg State University with 2 degrees in Law and Economics and Management of the Organization. Alexandra possesses more than 15 years experience in shipping and forwarding. Sea Express Ltd would like to express it's gratitude to Maxim Rodin for long years of cooperation and his impact into the development of the company.

Employees of «Sea Express» took part in the third Russian-Dutch business meeting called «Sea logistics». The main topic of discussion was the assessment of the influence of the initiative “One Belt - One Way” on the economic and geopolitical development of Russia. The meeting was held at the «Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping» with the support of the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in St. Petersburg and the Netherlands representation of Dutch higher education.

Managing director of the «Sea Express» company, Rodin M.Y., PhD in Economics, took part in the work of the certification commission of the «Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping». Graduate qualification master's works were defended by the students of the Department of Transport Logistics.

Representatives of «Sea Express» took part in Russian-Dutch business forum on Maritime Logistics, organized by Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in St. Petersburg, Nuffic Neso Russia and Logistics Museum. The event facilitated the exchange of expert opinions and the development of relations between Russian and Dutch transport and logistics companies.

In order to expand its transport and logistics services «Sea Express» company opened a separate division in Novorossiysk.

Last week in St. Petersburg took place the celebration of the anniversary of «Sea Express» company. The storm wind and increased waves on the Neva river did not prevent a fun party on board the frigate and festive fireworks, but rather strengthened the maritime theme of the event.

There is 20 years anniversary of «Sea Express» company in 2015. In this jubilee year «Sea Express» continues to develop as an independent freight forwarding company that can organize the transportation of cargo by any mode of transport, as well as perform all the necessary additional services. «Sea Express» has a long-term successful experience that allows to satisfy any customer’s needs in logistic service promptly, qualitatively and at reasonable prices.

Football tournament held between transport and logistics companies of St. Petersburg - «Saint-Petersburg Freight Cup 2014» - starts today. Company «Sea Express» traditionally takes part in this sport event. First game of «Sea Express» team scheduled for today 07:00 PM on stadium «Locomotive».

During last week representatives of «Sea Express» company visited port of Rotterdam where took part in «High Level Rotterdam Russia Container and Breakbulk Event» and also paid a visit to some partners in port of Rotterdam. A two-days program of «Russian days in Rotterdam» included a conference, networking reception and detailed port tour. Participation in this event allowed «Sea Express» to strengthen and develop relations with Dutch partners and to establish new links with the transport-logistic companies of the largest European port.

«Sea Express» will take part in a football tournament «STP Freight Cup 2013» held between transport and logistics companies. The tournament will begin in early April.

«Sea Express» opened its separate divisions at the main container terminals in the port of St. Petersburg.

«Sea Express» set up a new forwarding department, which ensures smooth intraport handling for «Sea Express» clients.

In order to separate liner agency activities from forwarding business, «Sea Express» reorganized its structure and assigned separate company to handle agency activities of shipping companies «CSAV», «Libra» and «CSAV Norasia».
